Both of my daughters were born premature and needed the kind of care only a NICU could provide. What I wish I had then was support that extended beyond the hospital. Those experiences inspired me to create NICU Alumni, an organization that helps families feel supported and prepared through parent groups, resources, and connection. The NICU may be behind you, but the care and community continue.
